Here's a recipe as festive as it is delicious, perfect for the holiday season! You can bring it for lunch, make it for your entire family, or even share it at a potluck!

Ingredients :

• One pita bread
• Pizza sauce or pesto
• Grated mozzarella cheese
• Bell peppers, sliced
• Cherry tomatoes, sliced

 

Preparation :

• Place the rack in the center of the oven and preheat it to 180°C (350°F).
• Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
• Cut the pita bread into the shape of a tree using a knife and place it on the sheet pan.* Remember, no tree in nature is perfect, but they are all beautiful anyway! ;)
• Spread pizza sauce or pesto over the entire tree.
• Sprinkle grated cheese over the pizza.
• Place bell pepper slices and tomato slices on top to create garlands and ornaments on your tree.
• Bake the pizza for 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
• Allow the pizza to cool slightly before serving.

*You can also use pita pieces to make oven-baked crackers!
