Nouara Medjber: The Importance of physical activity!

Nouara Medjber's adventure with FitSpirit began in 2013 at Louise-Trichet High School in Montreal, when she discovered the program through the leader at the time. With her strong background in sports, the mission of FitSpirit immediately resonated with her, prompting her to give girls the opportunity to be active. In 2016, after three successful years, she decided to continue her commitment, but this time at Joseph-François-Perrault High School, where she plans to stay until her retirement.

"My professional retirement will also be my FitSpirit retirement, that’s the challenge I’ve set for myself!"

The transmission of a passion

With a positive nature, Nouara approaches all her projects with the same inner enthusiasm. She has also passed on her love for FitSpirit to her daughter Sandra Kesraoui, now a FitSpirit Ambassador, and aims to share her passion for physical activity with teenage girls so they can flourish through sports throughout their lives. For this highly motivated woman, the message is clear: the essential thing is to move with pleasure, without competition. No matter the intensity of a workout, the important thing is to engage in physical activity and have fun!

"Find me a reason to be active and not an excuse not to!"
