Maple Sports Drink

Are you practicing an intense physical activity for longer then 90 minutes? Combine this sport drink with another snack to fulfill your energy needs, which are 30 to 60 g of carbohydrates per hour.

INGREDIENTS

  • 850 ml (3 ½ cups) cold water
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) of orange juice
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) pure maple syrup
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) lime juice
  • 1 ml (1⁄5 tsp) of salt


DIRECTIONS

  • Mix together all ingredients.
