Lime and nectarine frozen yogurt bars
Time for a frozen snack! This 3-ingredient recipe is easy to prepare and so refreshing. It can also be served as a dessert!
Ingredients
- 1 jar (450 g) lime Greek yogurt
- 1 ripe nectarine, sliced
- 80 ml (⅓ cup) chopped pistachios
Preparation
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Pour the yogurt onto the parchment paper and spread it over the baking pan with the back of a spoon.
- Place the nectarine pieces and pistachios on top, pressing them lightly into the yogurt.
- Freeze for 4 to 6 hours, making sure that the plate is upright in the freezer so that the mixture remains uniform.
- Then break the mixture into pieces using your hands or a knife. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
