It’s very important to rehydrate properly after prolonged physical effort (more than an hour of intense activity). Here’s a drink to put in a large glass or in your water bottle. It tastes like sunshine and will refresh you!
500 mL (2 cups) of watermelon, cut into cubes
45 mL (3 tbsp) of lime juice
A pinch of salt
Put all the ingredients in a blender and close the lid (yes, yes, we mention it because we’ve all forgotten it before).
Blend until you get a smooth, homogeneous liquid.
Pour yourself a big glass with ice and cheers!
