Watermelon Hydration Drink

It’s very important to rehydrate properly after prolonged physical effort (more than an hour of intense activity). Here’s a drink to put in a large glass or in your water bottle. It tastes like sunshine and will refresh you!

Ingredients :
  • 500 mL (2 cups) of watermelon, cut into cubes

  • 45 mL (3 tbsp) of lime juice

  • A pinch of salt

Directives :
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and close the lid (yes, yes, we mention it because we’ve all forgotten it before).

  2. Blend until you get a smooth, homogeneous liquid.

  3. Pour yourself a big glass with ice and cheers!
