375 mL (1½ cups) quick-cooking rolled oats
125 mL (½ cup) pear compote
60 mL (¼ cup) flax seeds
60 mL (¼ cup) honey
60 mL (¼ cup) chocolate chips
15 mL (1 tbsp.) cocoa powder
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
Shape the energy bites with your hands by pressing the mixture together and then rolling it between your palms.
