Lime and nectarine frozen yogurt bars

Time for a frozen snack! This 3-ingredient recipe is easy to prepare and so refreshing. It can also be served as a dessert!

Ingredients :
  • 1 jar (450 g) lime Greek yogurt 

  • 1 ripe nectarine, sliced

  • 80 ml (⅓ cup) chopped pistachios

Preparation :
  1. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. Pour the yogurt onto the parchment paper and spread it over the baking pan with the back of a spoon.

  3. Place the nectarine pieces and pistachios on top, pressing them lightly into the yogurt.

  4. Freeze for 4 to 6 hours, making sure that the plate is upright in the freezer so that the mixture remains uniform.

  5. Then break the mixture into pieces using your hands or a knife. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
