FitSpirit-colored popsicles are hard to beat as a summer snack! They make the perfect addition to your breakfast for those hot summer mornings! It’s also a treat that will make you happy!
Ingredients
500 mL (2 cups) coconut Greek yogurt
60 mL (1/4 cup) blueberries
60 mL (1/4 cup) raspberries
Preparation
In a bowl, mash the blueberries with a fork.*
Add half of the yogurt and mix well.
Pour the blueberry mixture into popsicle molds, filling them halfway.
In another bowl, mash the raspberries with a fork.*
Add the remaining yogurt and mix well.
Pour the raspberry mixture into the popsicle molds over the blueberry mixture.
Freeze the molds for at least 4 hours. Be sure they are upright.
When serving, run warm water over the outside of the mold briefly to release the pops.
*Variation: You can leave the fruits whole without mashing them if you prefer chunks of fruit in your pops!
