FitSpirit Popsicles

FitSpirit-colored popsicles are hard to beat as a summer snack! They make the perfect addition to your breakfast for those hot summer mornings! It’s also a treat that will make you happy!

Ingredients

  • 500 mL (2 cups) coconut Greek yogurt

  • 60 mL (1/4 cup) blueberries

  • 60 mL (1/4 cup) raspberries

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mash the blueberries with a fork.*

  2. Add half of the yogurt and mix well.

  3. Pour the blueberry mixture into popsicle molds, filling them halfway.

  4. In another bowl, mash the raspberries with a fork.*

  5. Add the remaining yogurt and mix well.

  6. Pour the raspberry mixture into the popsicle molds over the blueberry mixture.

  7. Freeze the molds for at least 4 hours. Be sure they are upright.

  8. When serving, run warm water over the outside of the mold briefly to release the pops.

*Variation: You can leave the fruits whole without mashing them if you prefer chunks of fruit in your pops!
