FitSpirit Celebrations

Every spring, FitSpirit organizes large events where thousands of teenage girls gather to experience memorable, energizing and colorful days in an atmosphere where the fun of being active with friends is at its peak. It's an extraordinary experience that leaves participants with unforgettable memories and encourages them to stay active for life.

At the FitSpirit Celebrations, participants can tackle a range of exciting challenges, from completing a 2,5K, 5K or 10K run without worrying about their times to trying out any number of fun new activities.

Every girl, regardless of skill level or physical condition, is welcome to join us to pursue her journey of discovery of sports, physical activity and the great outdoors, or to simply get a first taste.

2025 theme

Music Fest!

For the 2025 edition of the FitSpirit Celebrations presented by Manulife, we're transforming the month of May into a true music festival! Get ready for a unique and colorful experience, packed with music and good vibes!

Wear your FitSpirit t-shirt and don't hesitate to add festive accessories: sunglasses, stylish hats, bandanas, friendship bracelets, or even improvised musical instruments like tambourines and maracas. The idea is to shine on the dance floor with accessories that are as fun as they are original!

Browse through what you already have in your drawers and let your creativity run wild! And for an even more positive impact, opt for reusable or handmade accessories.

Friendship bracelets!

We invite you to make your own friendship bracelets for the occasion! You could exchange them with thousands of other girls at the event.

  • How many FitSpirit activities did you hold between back to school and the holiday break?

  • How many Fitspirit activities did you hold between the return from the holidays and the Celebration?

We also invite you to fill out the activity report on your portal. FitSpirit offers you the flexibility to organize activities that suit your school and we want to know what your programming is like.
