At the FitSpirit Celebrations, participants can tackle a range of exciting challenges, from running or walking without worrying about their times to trying out any number of fun new activities.
Every girl, regardless of skill level or physical condition, is welcome to join us to pursue her journey of discovery of sports, physical activity and the great outdoors, or to simply get a first taste.
Here is the distribution of schools for each Celebration. This is provided for informational purposes only: if the date does not suit you, you may choose another Celebration.
Montreal Celebration (May 5 - Parc Maisonneuve)
For schools located in Montérégie, Montreal, Laval, Laurentides, Lanaudière, Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Outaouais, and Nord-du-Québec.
Quebec City Celebration (May 14 - Parc de la Pointe-aux-Lièvres)
For schools located in Capitale-Nationale, Chaudière-Appalaches, Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean, and Côte-Nord.
Trois-Rivières Celebration (May 21 - Parc de la Terre-des-Loisirs)
For schools located in Centre-du-Québec, Estrie, and Mauricie.
Matane Celebration (May 28 - Parc des Îles)
For schools located in Bas-Saint-Laurent and Gaspésie–Îles-de-la-Madeleine.
From 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Here's what to expect:
9:00 a.m.: Opening of the site
9:00 a.m to 2:30 p.m.: A variety of physical activities led by our partners
10:00 a.m.: Large gathering
10:45 a.m.: Wave start for the walking or running course
9 a.m. to 2 p.m.: Various activities led by our partners
1:15 p.m.: Time for the draw
2:30 p.m.: Site closes. You can leave the event at your convenience.
The event will take place rain or shine! Please bring appropriate clothing!
